Susan has made a career of real estate and has over 40 years experience in both Oregon and California. As a true professional, her dedication is to her clients' best interests. With a bachelor's degree in marketing, and a Master's degree in management, she brings her education and experience to the service of her clients.

Marian grew up in Southern Oregon and is very familiar with both the Jackson and Josephine county areas. She moved away and obtained her bachelor's degree from San Jose State University in advertising and business marketing. She then went on to work in the corporate world as an executive level administrator for 12 years providing superior client, board member and stockholder service..

Working as a real estate professional has always been her passion, she decided to make real estate her full-time career in 2005. Licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon, she has teamed up with her mother, Susan.

There is no charge to the Buyer to be represented by a real estate Broker in the purchase of their home. The Buyer’s Broker is paid from the selling commission (paid by the Seller), yet this allows the Buyer to have their own representation. It is better to have your own agent representing your interests, instead of the Seller’s agent who primarily must represent the Seller. It doesn’t cost you any more, and it just makes good sense. Serving Southern Oregon in real estate, including Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, Merlin, Rogue River, Jacksonville, Talent, White City and real estate in other rural areas. The Rogue Valley, in Southern Oregon, is known for the Rogue River and beautiful affordable homes on the rivers and creeks.
